Kyle Simpson

Kyle Simpson has decades of experience working in government and the energy industry and advising clients on the development of energy policy, law and regulation, and project development.  Mitigating climate change, education, and community engagement are forefront in his work on clean energy system integration and development. While serving at the U.S. Department of Energy as Senior Advisor to the Secretary and Associate Deputy Secretary for Energy Programs, Kyle developed and oversaw domestic and international energy policy. He was responsible for the energy R&D programs related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, natural gas and nuclear energy and oversaw the management of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve and the power marketing administrations. He has helped to create and worked on major environmental and energy initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of energy production and use, integrate systems for the production and use of renewable and natural gas technologies, and make the production, delivery and use of energy more efficient.
