Sustainability in Practice

The UT Austin Chapter of ASHRAE invites you to Sustainability in Practice, a panel discussion, on Thursday, November 8th from 6:30 - 8:00 pm in ECJ 1.202. Discussion will explore sustainability for buildings in theory and practice, specifically the differences between idealized sustainability goals and what actually happens based on cost, maintenance, true energy usage data, etc. Panel members, including representatives from Shah Smith and Associates, Vaughn Construction, ACR Engineering Inc., and the UT Austin Office of Sustainability, will share industry experience in contracting, commissioning, and design.
